From government-funded home care packages and disability support to private in-home care, Cerelina Care is here to support you in the way that works best for you. We’ll guide you through all your options, but here’s an overview to help you get started:

Government Subsidised Care

As an approved provider of government-funded care, Cerelina Care can help you identify the option that best suits your needs. Since accessing government-subsidised care can take anywhere from 3 to 12 months, we can also provide interim support to assist you while you wait for your approval.

There are two main options for government-funded care, and you can check your eligibility on the My Aged Care website.

Home Care Packages Program (HCP)

If you have more complex needs and wish to access clinical care services in your own home, the Home Care Packages Program (HCP) is designed to support you. Depending on your financial situation, you may be asked to contribute an income-tested care fee (unless you receive a full aged pension). You can apply for funding via My Aged Care.

Disability Care

Cerelina Care proudly supports adults with disabilities. Some of our locations are approved by NDIS to assist Agency-Managed Participants, and all our offices can support Plan-Managed and Self-Managed Participants. Reach out to your local Cerelina Care team to discuss your options and needs.

Private Care

If you’re waiting for government-subsidised care services but need support immediately, all of our services are available privately. Whether you’re seeking one-off assistance, urgent short-term care, or ongoing in-home support, Cerelina Care can tailor private care services to suit your needs and budget.
